This issue is primarily caused by our advanced metal ion oxidation technology in the filter system. During transportation, a very small amount of the microscopic catalysts can leak out and adhere to the frosted exterior shell. Due to the extremely fine particle size of these catalysts, they can be challenging to clean using conventional methods.

The Solution: Special Cleaning Sponge

Introduction

The Special Cleaning Sponge is designed for the maintenance and cleaning of both the external surface and the internal drum of your machine. It is an essential tool to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your appliance.

Usage Instructions

  1. Power Off: Before commencing any cleaning activity, ensure that the machine is completely powered off and disconnected from any electrical outlet to prevent any risk of electric shock or damage to the machine.
  2. Moistening the Sponge: Lightly dampen the Special Cleaning Sponge with water. For more stubborn stains or dirt, a small amount of active cleaning agent can be applied to the sponge.
  3. Cleaning Process: Gently wipe the external surfaces and the internal drum of the machine using the moistened sponge. Avoid excessive pressure to prevent scratching or damaging the surfaces.
  4. Rinsing and Drying: After cleaning, rinse the sponge thoroughly and allow it to air dry before the next use. Ensure that all cleaned surfaces are dry before powering the machine back on.
